Mike’s father owned a car dealership so he literally grew up in the car business earning numerous certifications along the way. Now 28 years into it, Mike still enjoys working with his fellow employees and helping ensure that their vehicles are well-maintained and operating properly.

As someone who has always been passionate about cars, old and new, it seemed natural for Brent to end up in automotive service. With an impressive array of degrees from various institutions, Brent has been contributing his expertise and experience to our dealership for the last year.
With a love of all things mechanical and 18 years of customer service to his credit, being a service advisor seemed like a good fit and so far it has turned out to be just that. Joe enjoys the fast paced environment, the excitement of sales and providing excellent customer service. That, Joe believes, is the only way to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Having always enjoyed cars and being influenced by his family, Justin has now been in the auto parts business for 11 years with the last two years here at Monroe Nissan. With his degree from NTI in mechanical engineering Justin has quickly become one of our go-to guys for parts knowledge. Even after 11 years Justin always finds something new to learn and deal with.
Like so many of our staff, it was a love of cars that eventually brought Justin to our parts department. Justin also loves the working environment as well as his coworkers. Customer service means everything to Justin. He’s ready to do anything he can to help customers and going the extra mile means a bunch to him.
